Sexual Addiction Assessment Questionnaire

We have recently added a sexual addiction questionnaire to our website to assist visitors in their assessment of whether they may have sexual addiction. This screening measure is not designed to make a diagnosis of a sexual addiction or take the place of a professional diagnosis or consultation. We have gathered 25 different questions that can help the visitor to determine future steps for recovery and healing. This sexual addiction test is for men..
Our hope is that men will take the questionnaire and be motivated to seek help if a problem exists. If the visitor determines he has low concern regarding sexual addiction, then all the better! Click on the button below to take or review the questionnaire.
