It may be hard for you to feel optimistic right now. If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, you may have found that there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel.
This group is here to help you understand the complex emotions that can happen after a significant loss, and find ways to cope and heal…and to eventually feel hopeful about the future again.
Please join us for this six-week group to discuss the following topics with others who have also experienced a significant loss, under the guidance of a skilled counselor.
Group begins Saturday, April 26th, 2014, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Littleton Front Range Counseling office, 6901 S. Pierce St. #235, Littleton, CO 80128.
Fee: $40 per session/requires commitment to attend at least 5 of 6 sessions
Counselor: This group is conducted by Cathy Wilson, MA LPC NCC. She has worked with individuals, couples, families, and groups since 2005.
