About Us
Front Range Counseling Center (FRCC) is a family-oriented organization that offers a full range of therapy in Denver, and Littleton Colorado. Our counselors specialize in marriage counseling, premarital counseling, family therapy, teens, children, grief and loss, sex addiction, anger management, depression, and other mental health issues.
The therapists of Front Range Counseling Center are a group of professionals who are committed to meeting the various needs of their clients by walking alongside them as partners.
Our goal is assist individuals and families in identifying and coping more effectively with problems encountered in daily living and to deal with inner conflicts which may disrupt a person’s ability to function effectively.
Our History
Kevin Leapley and Steven Marks are the founders of Front Range Counseling Center. They met while attending classes to obtain their master degrees in counseling at Denver Seminary in 2002. Steve and Kevin had worked many years in the corporate business world and both felt a calling to become counselors. During their last semester together, Kevin and Steve discussed starting their own counseling center and establishing a place where individuals and families could find healing and hope.
In January 2005, they opened up Front Range Counseling Center in Littleton Colorado. Kevin’s passion and focus was to develop a program for men that struggle with sexual addiction. Steve’s passion was for relationships to be restored and marriages to thrive. Steve and Kevin recruited other therapists that would bring experience and expertise to complement their vision of care. Within a few years of opening the counseling center, Steve and Kevin expanded and opened a second counseling office in Denver Southeast
Steve Marks has been married for over 40 years and has three adult children. Kevin Leapley has been married for over 34 years and has three adult children.

Our Mission
Kevin and Steve has established the mission of Front Range Counseling Center (FRCC) is to be a place of help, hope, and healing for families and individuals experiencing emotional, relational, spiritual, and marital distress throughout the greater Denver Metropolitan area by providing a broad range of high-quality mental health services with particular focus to the needs of families.
The counselors that they have recruited are able to address both the emotional and the spiritual aspects of people’s struggles, although they leave that entirely up to the client. Just like other counselors, we seek to help clients change destructive behaviors, attitudes, values, and/or perceptions. How we differ, is that we include one additional objective – stimulating spiritual growth. We believe that in order to fully explore issues in counseling, a spiritual component should be explored.
All of the therapists are experienced and have either a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling or psychology, and have undergone specialized training in their area of practice. Each therapist in Denver and Littleton is registered by the State of Colorado to practice counseling.
